Meet our Organization and Career Coaches
Mary Griskewicz, President
Mary, an Organization and Career Management coach for over 17 years, has assisted
others to meet specific business needs and career ambitions. Mary holds a
BA from Central CT State College and an MS in Industrial Relations from the
University of New Haven, CT. Mary has demonstrated work experience with companies
such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, CIGNA, GE and several private
consulting firms. Mary has significant experience as a trainer, mentor, program/project
director, and business process and strategy engineer.
